I'm Ross, and here is my spare room in Hotwells. I've lived here for just over three years, and now looking to find a new flatmate after my sister and her boyfriend recently moved out into their own place.

A very important thing to mention is that you must be a dog lover, as I live with my little boy Freddie. He's a cheeky and lovable cavapoo who will soon be obsessed with your mere existence. My work schedule is hybrid, so I manage Freddie by working half days in the office and half days at home, or my sister takes care of him for a couple of days during the week. Also worth mentioning that I have a partner who lives nearby and will be around the flat on occasion.

Having lived in shared accommodation for many years, I like to think of myself as an easy going and outgoing housemate. However, I do like to keep the flat in good shape by keeping ontop of cleaning and tidying. This is something I expect you to be involved with!

If you don't know Hotwells, come and look around! The flat is right opposite the notoriously cheap and frantic Mardyke pub, but also a fish & chips and a curry house. Nearby is the grainbarge, a Thai restaurant, and few other tasty spots.

The room isn't very furnished at the moment, but I'm actively looking to get a double bed in asap - hopefully an ottoman for extra storage. I'd also like to grab a chest of drawers, a bedside table and a few other bits. (I'll update with pictures soon)

Initially I'm looking for a flatmate to join me for 6 months, with the option to extend monthly after that. If you're looking for more security, let me know! Realistically the room should be ready and available by mid-to-late June, but I'm very open to the move in date being later.
