The room that is available is a nice sized double room with a bed (with storage underneath) and a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The flat is a two bed flat with two bathrooms and a lounge/dinner. The flat has a washing machine, TV (no TV license, but there is a chrome cast so you can watch Youtube, Netflix etc…) there is cupboard space and fridge/freezer too. The flat has recycling amenities, the usual and food so you'd have to be willing to help with that.

There is street parking available.

The flat is located in Redfield, 2 minute walk from Church Road. It’s close to local shops (Tesco, Aldi, Southville Deli), cafes (Loaf, Grounded and others) and pubs (Dark Horse, The Stillage...) It’s close to bus routes into the City Centre and ½ mile to the local train station and 20 minute walk to Old Market.
