There’s an option of either renting a double or single room in Nailsea, Bristol.

Nailsea is only 9 miles from central Bristol and 2 miles from Backwell Train Station and 50 minutes bus journey to Bristol City Centre or 22 minutes to drive. It’s only 17 minutes drive to Bristol Airport. It’s nearer to Bristol City Centre than Portishead! It’s a short walk to the town centre which has plenty of places for a coffee such as Costa. There’s also plenty of well known shop such Tesco, Waitrose, Boots, Holland and Barrett, Superdrug!

The house is being decorated so doesn't quite have the showroom look to it hence the very reasonable rent. The single room will be painted for your moving in date with new carpet.

When the house is finished it will be to a high standard and modern, No wallpaper or Artex! 🤮🥴😀
For a single room it will be a total of £120 inclusive of bills.
I also have a double room, it’s a large double room and will be a total of £145 a week inclusive of bills.
If the double is to be shared by a couple then it will be a total of £220 inclusive of bills.
I will be putting on some photos of room but I'm going to clear it first as have used it for storage.

I have 2 rescue Guinea pigs that live in the lounge, a rescue Chihuahua who is shy and stays in the lounge and doesn’t bark.

There are parking spaces available nearby.

I pay for 1 gb of internet and on average I get 780 Mbps in the lounge and on average you’ll get 270 Mbps in your room. You will have a brand new 55” 4k TV in your bedroom and. Virgin Media with all the film channels with free upgraded Netflix, no ads, and Prime Video.
There’s also a PS5 Pro and VR2 including many games for people to use.
