Hi, I'm George, and I'm looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom in my house.

I'm looking for someone tidy and respectful to share a space with. If you have geeky hobbies, that would be an advantage, but it's not a requirement. What's important to me is that we get along and keep the place tidy. I also value peace and quiet.
