My friend is moving out of our flat this summer and I’m looking for another roomie. Young professionals ideally, students can be okay however you would need to have an income/proof you can keep up with monthly payments. This is what I did previously, I am about to finish my masters degree.

This is the BS7 area in a safe gated residential square just off of Gloucester road, a large double room with built in wardrobes/full scale mirrors and en-suite bathroom, 2 parking spaces, open plan kitchen/living. Our current bills come to an average of £160. The photos don’t really do it justice on the size of the room! We can take more if required :). I very rarely use the living/kitchen area if working from home is required.
