The house features a cosy living room with a large TV (Netflix included), a fully equipped kitchen, plus access to a garden, garage, front parking, and fast gigabit internet.

You’ll be living with me (live-in landlord), and my girlfriend who visits most weeks. The third room is used as a wardrobe, so the house won’t feel crowded.

Great location shops 1 min walk, gym 2 mins, and easy bus links to town and Cribbs Causeway. Blaise castle is nearby which is great area for walks and outdoor activities.

I work a hybrid 9–5 and enjoy the gym and travelling. Looking for a tidy, respectful young professional (male or female) who’s easy to live with and happy to share basic chores.

It’s a social but not party house friends over occasionally, and you’re always welcome to join.
