Lovely large double room in Victorian property with a large bay window facing the river. 10 minutes walk to temple meads train station, one minute walk to main route bus stop, 20 minutes walk to city centre, on street parking.
The property is quiet due to it being raised from street-level.
I'm a very relaxed, easy going live-in landlord and I really care about you being happy here so will help as much as I can with anything you need, but apart from that, I keep myself to myself. You'll be on the ground floor of the house and I'll be on the first floor. We'll share the kitchen and bathroom (both on first floor) and of course, you're free to use the back yard and huge private gardens.
I'm clean and tidy so would really like you to be the same.
I have a very friendly (and very vocal) cat who sleeps a lot. Feel free to ask me any questions.
