Hi, I’m renting a room out in my 2 bed flat at the top of St George. The room gets a lot of light and is away from the road, It’s been recently painted and comes with a small double bed and a massive wardrobe. There’s room for a desk and I have good Wi-Fi.. The flat has an amazing view from the lounge and gets plenty of natural light. I have 2 fridges, one would be yours to use. There’s 2 comfy recliner sofas in the lounge and a big TV. The flat comes with a gated parking space which you can use with a remote control gate opener.. All bills included in the rent (this includes a £90 a month service charge, and the £167 pm council tax). There’s a cafe opposite and, an awesome pub (Rose and Crown) 2 mins walk away, Tesco's down the road and a bus stop practically on the doorstep. I’ve had some great flatmates over the years who have loved living here, happy vibes ☀️☀️☀️
