We’re looking for a lodger for our lovely light loft room. You’ll have the top floor to yourself - as well as the large bedroom with sofa and desk there is a bathroom for your sole use. Great views over to Ashton Court and the suspension bridge from the velux windows.
You’ll be sharing the house with me (Amy), my husband Joe and our 9 year old. As well as our dog and cat.
Our house is on the Totterdown/Knowle border, a stones throw from Wells Road (A37).
Its a 20 minute walk to Temple Meads, 25 minute walk in to the city centre and less than 5 mins to great bus routes.
There are no parking restrictions on the roads around us and on street parking is easy.
