I am looking for a replacement flatmate as my current one is moving out to London. I am a 25 years old, a lawyer, and have lived in the flat for two years. I work from home as well as travelling around the area for my cases. This is open to young professionals or post-graduate students. The flat is a lovely, clam space.

Please excuse the poor photos, my photography skills are not very good. The flat is a little different now to the photos.

The flat will be available from 8 April 2026, subject to the checks from the letting agent.

The flat has two bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, and a bathroom with an electric shower and bath.

The flat is south facing and has a great view over south Bristol. It is ideally located just around the corner from Clifton Village. It has excellent transport links to the city centre and Bristol Temple Meads.

The flat comes technically unfurnished; however, a lot of furniture you see in the photos will remain. (Sofa, table, bookcases.) The bed is also included. There are large built in wardrobes.

Along with flat there is a garage. The flat is on the top floor and the building has a lift.
