The bills are not include in the rent and consist of council tax, high-speed internet, a communal boiler, electricity, and a TV license (which will be split 50/50). Currently, these come to around £185.

There’s a communal gym and a residents’ parking zone (you’ll need to apply for a permit through Bristol Council).

The location is great! It’s just a 5-minute walk from Temple Meads, and Cabot Circus and Castle Park are about a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a Sainsbury’s local on the doorstep, and a lovely bakery/coffee shop nearby.

I am a private “live in” landlord, so there are no agencies involved.

I’m a interested in sports, enjoy gym workouts, travel, photography, and reading. I work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm as a property manager.

I’m looking for someone who’s laid-back, clean, respectful, and up for occasional social activities.
