I have a large double modern room in St George, furnished with large mirrored wardrobe, desk and bedside table.
There’s a Shared bathroom and living area, as well as a Fully stocked kitchen if you enjoy cooking!

Location wise, the flat is in a quiet cul de sac with on street parking and two bus stops nearby. You can also walk to the lovely Trooper’s Hill in 5 minutes and to the busy Church Road in 20 minutes. Buses are super regular to town and take less than 30 minutes. If you drive, there’s plenty of on street parking too!

Preferably looking for a female and someone who doesn’t work from home all the time. Open to Short term or Monday to Friday lets too or longer term for the right person.

I work in marketing and have a hybrid working pattern. I’m friendly and sociable so looking for someone who is up for a chat or hanging out occasionally/cooking and sharing meals or popping out for a coffee and a walk but I also like my own space too. I’ve lived in plenty of house shares and am clean and tidy. Looking for someone respectful of my home.

I have two cats who tend to keep to themselves and are pretty shy. There’s a lock on the bedroom door so you can keep them out of your room if you prefer.
