Hi! Our lovely flatmate has moved out and we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy. Our house is very light and has a lovely view of Bristol from the top of the hill. The shared living room and kitchen is very spacious. We are all friendly, clean, easygoing young professionals in Bristol. We have two bathrooms and two showers. The room is £650 rent + £60.80 in council tax. Bills + wifi are usually around £50 a month. The house is available from now until August 25th, with the possibility of extension until March 2027.
