Hello I have a double room in a queer, vegetarian house with a big garden available for June, July (and maybe August). You’d be sharing with a v lovely queer drag king and artist most of the time, and me (nd nature geek) - I’ll only be staying a few days over that period. The rent is £700 including bills, tv license, Netflix etc.

Access info: Bedroom is on the first floor- so is the bathroom. There are 11 steps up to the front door as well as a sloped driveway with access to bike storage.
The room is furnished with a king sized bed, memory foam mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The house has:
- Open plan kitchen diner with dishwasher and doors to garden.
- Big garden with patio entertaining space and fire bowl.
- shower and bath.
- Bedminster Down is a very quiet residential area, hardly any road noise. Lots of parking space and room for bikes in the back garden.
- Gorgeous Manor woods is 1 min away.
- Bus stop 3 mins away, takes 20 mins to get to the centre. Parson St station is 15 mins walk. Would also suit someone who cycles or voi’s (?)
- North St (lots of great cafes, bars, shops, Tobacco Factory theatre etc) is 10 mins by bike.

A deposit of 1 month’s rent will be DPS protected- DSS accepted. The house is strictly veggie 🌱
