A comfortable single room is available in a welcoming family home, ideally located close to UWE and just a short walk from Eastville Park. Our home is conveniently close to Fishponds Road with regular express buses to the city centre. We have a driveway so parking is also available.
The room is bright and well-presented, perfect for a female mature student or academic professional looking for a calm and convenient place to live. The room has a bed, desk, chest of drawers and small wardrobe.
Sharing with myself and my teenagers (16 & 19), although my 19-year-old will be away at Uni most of the time during term-time. We also have a friendly cat and a goldfish. You will have access to the kitchen-diner with your own fridge and a space in the cupboards. We have a comfortable living room which you would be welcome to share with us to watch tv or relax and also to make use of the south-facing garden. Not suitable for couples or for working full-time from home.
Rent can be billed monthly or on a weekly basis for short term requirements (£550 per calendar month or £140 per week) and is payable in advance.
