Hi! We've got a lovely room in Hotwells, very conveniently located if you want to get to the City Centre, University of Bristol, Clifton or Southville. We're all very chill nerdy types who love music, games, movie nights and Bristol's many fabulous pubs (some of which are right by the flat). We've got a shared kitchen and a decent-sized living room, and are happy with people who want to hang out with us or keep to themselves. A couple of us moved in back in 2017 and have loved the place enough to stay here since!

Letting agency have been great at urgent fixes and replacements, which is shockingly rare in Bristol.

Two shared bathrooms, one with a shower.

Rent £675/month plus £12/month towards the person with the smallest single room.
Utilities per person roughly
- £56/month for council tax (Band D)
- £34/month for energy
- £9.25/month for internet
- £8.25/month for water

Notice period means the room will be completely free at the start of December, but we're very open to working out something sooner.

Room comes with the bed/mattress, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
