I am renting a double room in my two-bed house available from February 2026. It overlooks a wooded communal garden and is quiet with bird song. It is furnished and has a sofa bed. You would share with me and my tabby cat Daisy. Shared bathroom, kitchen-diner, living room.

Parking on a permit basis nearby. It is very quiet here.

I am a quiet person, but would like some company, to sometimes share food/socialising, preferably closer to my age.

I love culture - cinema, dance, theatre. I am a psychotherapist and sometimes work from home.

Must like cats and be happy to feed Daisy if I’m away! I’m very relaxed about anything else.

Please note: Must work out of the house. I sometimes work from home and the house is too small for anyone to work fully from home. I would prefer a Monday to Friday let, but would consider full time to the right person if fairly short term. £650 for Monday to Friday, £850 for full time. All bills included.

Please also note there is no space inside the house or garden for a bike.
