I am looking for a new tenant in my spacious 3 bedroom house in Whitechurch. Currently living here are: myself, another flatmate (living in the studio room at the bottom of the garden) my cat, 3 kittens and a budgie!

The house is clean, tidy and stylish, with a large open plan lounge and dining room.

It has decent-size island kitchen with all the gadgets; an upstairs main bathroom, with bath and walk in shower, and a downstairs loo.

There is off road parking at the front and a large well kept garden out the back.

I love my house and would like anyone who lives here to enjoy it too!

The room is a fully furnished double room, bright and airy with plenty of storage and a double bed. It has been recently decorated with a fresh, on trend look.

I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and respectful; I'm pretty easy going so probably meeting is the best way to figure out if we can live together.

Very near by is a leisure centre with a great pool! Plenty of shops and a retail park which has most things and very handy!

The room comes with a off road car parking space too!

Room is available from January.
