I am looking for a flatmate from the 1st of February..

The house is located in BS9, really close to the Downs and to the local High Street. The bus lines 1, 2 and 77 have stops at both ends of the road. The journey to the town centre is about 30/35 minutes. On foot it takes about 45 minutes to get to the Triangle.

Southmead Hospital is about 5 mins drive away and Filton and the M5 access are also conveniently located.

The double room on offer is tastefully furnished with new items. Bed and mattress are new and so is the wardrobe. It sits within a spacious ground floor flat with a large, well kept garden. There’s a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The flat is really bright and beautifully decorated and it is located in a quiet side street. There if free parking on the road and a secure place to store a bicycle.

I live here on my own with my 3 well-behaved cats, 2 of them senior so they sleep all day! I work from home but I am pretty active in the evenings and at weekends. I am respectful, friendly and quiet. I love cooking and gardening, reading and doing sports.

I am looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful professional to join us in sharing this beautiful house.
