I'm leaving my room at Favell house and I'm looking for someone to take it over. Only available to students since this is a student accommodation.
Its located located in the centre of Bristol, just off the waterfront
Details:
- all bills are included in the price (no council tax), you don't have to pay anything extra, and you'll have Ultrafast Broadband & Wi-Fi
- Its a room with a double bed, a nice large desk, shelves and a built in wardrobe
- a big kitchen with plenty of storage space for you (it has an oven, electric stove, microwave) and a small dining area.
- you'll share the flat with five other people.
- there's two bathrooms, both with showers

Location:
- Its a 20 min walk from University of Bristol
- 10 - 15 min from Galleries and Cabot Circus
- great transport links

- You'll have access to the large common room, cinema room and games room (which has a ping pong table and a pool table) in the Rackhay
