Hey folks,

Our lovely housemate Alex is leaving us, so we’re looking for someone friendly and relaxed to move into our lovely three-bedroom home in Knowle.

The Room and House

The house is a spacious semi-detached home in Knowle, just a 15-minute cycle to Temple Meads and 10 minutes to North Street. You’ll be sharing with two friendly housemates in a warm and welcoming environment.

- Small double room for 475 pounds per month
- Available from Saturday 14th March
- Furnished, but flexible if you want to bring your own things
- Bills are usually around 100 to 120 pounds per month
- Plenty of storage in the garage and garden
- Free on-street parking, plus a small driveway

Shared spaces include a lounge, a sunny conservatory, kitchen, an upstairs bathroom, and a downstairs WC. We also have a big and beautiful garden, complete with a quirky three-walled shed bar setup from the previous owner. There is also a garage for extra storage.

The Vibe

We're looking for someone who wants to make this place feel like home. Clean, easygoing, and up for hanging out now and again. We love a good mix of chilled evenings, movie or games nights, and the occasional dinner party or house gathering.

We all pitch in to keep the place nice to live in and we’d love someone who shares that mindset.

About Us

I’m Christy. I work in the humanitarian sector, love climbing rocks, being outdoors, and generally being a bit of a goof. I’m veggie, and really value a laid-back space to unwind in.

We both work partly from home. I’m around two to three days a week and Sam is a Pilates instructor, working Sunday to Thursday. Ideally we are looking for someone who does not work from home full time, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. It is actually quite nice having someone around during the day.
