Good-sized room available in a 3-bed home. Fully furnished with a chest of drawers and work desk. Bedding provided.

You will have access to:
- a combined bright and cheery kitchen/small front room
- a bathroom with a bathtub and shower (usually for the renter(s) use only)
- the living room
- a washing machine, drying rack and dryer

At this time, you will be living with one other people (a female). There may be a second person as I have 2 rooms to rent however there is not a second person at this time. It's a relaxed household.
