Hey, I have a lovely double room available to rent in my house in Saint George, overlooking the skate park. It is such a great location due to the beautiful green space right on the door step and quick access to shops, cafes, pubs etc on the legendary Church Road.
I am moving in the next couple of years, so my house is currently on the market to sell, so the room is more suitable to short term lets - I can’t predict when the house will sell and how long the sale will take, so there is some uncertainty in timing, however I can say I will be here for at least another 9-12 months.
The room itself is fully furnished, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed. It’s at the back of the house overlooking the garden- nice and quiet with evening sun.
The house has everything you need - kitchen diner with the usual essentials, washing machine, TV, shared bathroom. All bills included, no agent fees. It is so beautiful and light in the summer and remains nice and cool on a hot day.
I have a cat who is very friendly and relaxed.
I am also friendly and relaxed 😂 and would love someone who I can chill with but also respect each others privacy. The usual things - love a pub and drink, but also happy to relax in the eves and take it easy.
I work long hours as a vet nurse in the week, but around on the weekends. I would prefer someone who doesn’t WFH, but not hugely fussy as long as they are clean and lovely :)
