Hi I’m Dan, I’ve got a room going in my flat in Wapping Wharf. It’s such a nice area, loads of good food, always bustling and right on the water.

En suite. No desk or chair in there at the moment as the last flatmate had their own, but I'd be happy to buy them if needed. The bedroom's been painted since the photo was taken. Also the last flatmate bought a second of those chest of drawers which we can keep or not keep, whatever you prefer.

Rent's £625 and bills are £190, so £815 pcm all in. Bills can change but I'll only change the rent in a year's time. No parking spot included but I think you can buy one for about £100 a month.
