We have a lovely double room available in March for 4 months.

Comes furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk, chair and bed/mattress but happy for you to bring extra furniture if preferable.

We're 2 women, are a queer-friendly household :) and we have a cat.

We live in Easton and are 2 minutes away from lovely cafes, shops and restaurants - Sweetmart, Public Market, The Baffled King, Greenbank pub and a 4 minute walk from Stapleton Road train station. We have a welcoming, relaxed feel at home - sometimes having people round for dinner but also just chilling in front of the TV!

We also have a new bathroom and kitchen, with a coffee machine and we love to cook. Access to the garden with bike shed storage, hammock, fire pit, pizza oven.

The monthly cost includes all bills: internet, electricity/gas, water, council tax and TV licence.
