Hi! I’m a 24-year-old female live-in landlord looking for a female housemate to share my lovely three-bedroom home with me.

The room available is a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom and you’ll only be sharing the house with me, so it’s a relaxed and comfortable environment rather than a busy house share.

You’ll have access to:

* Fully furnished double bedroom
* Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom
* Off-street parking suitable for a small car
* Good-sized rear garden
* Friendly and welcoming home environment

A little about me: I work full-time and lead a busy lifestyle. I’m a fun, friendly and positive person who enjoys staying active in my spare time. I play field hockey and love getting out and doing things on my days off. While I respect personal space and independence, I’d love to find someone who feels more like a friend than just a housemate—someone who’d be happy to chat, watch TV, or relax together in the evenings from time to time.

I’m ideally looking for:

* Female housemate
* Around my age
* Professional preferred
* Master’s students or mature students also welcome
* No pets, although small furry pets may be considered if they are housed within your room

Please note that the kitchen and back garden are currently undergoing renovation works, which are expected to be completed over the coming months. These improvements will make the home even better to enjoy in the future.

The room will be available from 1st July.
