The room has lots of natural light and its own private bathroom. The flat has a large shared living room, a balcony overlooking the river, underground parking, bike storage, and a very central location.

Rent is £1,000 per month plus bills, with council tax included.

I own the flat and live here, so I am looking for a tidy, considerate lodger who wants a calm, comfortable home rather than a busy house share. I work in wildlife film and documentary production, so I am sometimes working from home, editing, or away on shoots. The flat would suit someone independent, respectful and easy to live with.

Ideally looking for someone for at least three months, with longer stays also possible for the right person.
