Hi there,

My x2 flatmates are moving out from mid-August to buy their own house! I am therefore looking for x2 flatmates for our central penthouse flat by the harbourside.

I’m looking for friendly, kind and laid back flatmates to make the flat a home. 😊 I work 70% of the time from home and I’m happy to live with others who also work from home too!

In my spare time I sing in a choir, like going to gigs and festivals, art, comedy, hiking, board games and pub quizzes. It would be good to find other flatmates that would be up for watching the odd film, sharing a meal and going to pub quizzes etc.

About the rooms:

Room 1:
Double room with a balcony AND an en-suite
£840 per month before bills

Room 2:
Medium double room
£750 per month before bills

Room 3:
Large double room
£800 before bills (MY ROOM! So unfortunately not available)
