I'm am looking for someone to take over my flat in Bristol on a long term basis.

The flat is very large, and the room itself is equally spacious and comfortable. The location is amazing, just 5 mins from the downs and 10 mins from Whiteladies.

You’ll be sharing the flat with a 26-year-old professional. Ideally, we're looking for another professional, but mature and responsible students will also be considered.

The room is furnished, and I’ll be leaving my furniture, including a desk. WFH is fine and my flatmate generally goes to the office.

Bills are approximately £200/month. Rent is £840.
