We have a spare room in our 6 bed in Southville, just South of Whapping wharf! The tenancy is available in just a couple weeks and we would love to start viewings ASAP!

So far there are 5 of us, 4 girls and one guy, with the past tenant deciding to move out to live with his girlfriend.

We’re all working professionals and we are all super friendly and into a wide range of things from gigs, climbing, theatre and nature. We like to hang in the garden and have group dinners, go to events together but are also totally respective each other’s space.

The place is just round the corner from Whapping Wharf, with a 15 min walk to town. The Coronation Pub is on the end of the street and North Street and West Street are a couple streets always.

We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household!!

The tenancy is £700 including bills and then we put it £10 a month for Wi-Fi.

Tenants must be earning 30 x the rent annually.
