Room comes with a built in wardrobe, king size bed with Eve mattress, two chests of drawers & two bed side tables
The house has two other bedrooms with single female occupants (working professionals), there is an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and a downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower.
Utility room has washer / dryer and storage for bikes etc.
There is a driveway with room for two cars.
The garden has a large studio / outhouse in it that is soundproofed and insulated. This could be negotiated to use as a home office or as an artists' studio / rehearsal space / home gym.
We currently live with a part-time small dog (only until August) and cat - both are extremely friendly.
Downstairs has a large lounge with two sofas and a TV. The house also has a huge kitchen diner with a snug area, large Tv, corner sofa and log burner. There is essentially two separate lounges and both are big enough for socialising but also provide space for separate relaxing / reading / watching TV.
The kitchen has an island, plenty of cupboard space, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and double oven. (additional fridge freezer in utility room) and a large dinging room table.
We're looking for a professional housemate who is conscientious in communal spaces but enjoys a vibrant house with plenty of space to pursue hobbies & interests. Gardening is optional but if you enjoy gardening, there are two ponds (with dragon flies, frogs, newts and fish all visible in spring / summer) If you want to grow your own or create a mini-allotment, this would be welcomed and there is plenty of space for this along side BBQs and garden furniture.
Bus routes to town, Temple Meads, Clifton, Southmead, Bath and Wells all within 10 mins walk. Large Tesco Extra & Lidl within 5-10 mins walk.
