Posting on behalf of two close friends who are looking for a flatmate for their 2-bed flat in Bristol City Centre. They're lovely people and would make great flatmates!

The room is a good-sized double with large south-facing windows and a bathroom just opposite (not en suite).

They're a relaxed, friendly couple who love cooking (lots of different cuisines and more baking than is probably necessary), play video games and enjoy long walks. Friends regularly come over for dinner and drinks. A very friendly family dog visits from time to time, so you'd need to be happy around dogs.

They're looking for someone organised and tidy who's comfortable living with a couple. Sociable is a plus, but there's no pressure to join in.

💷 Rent: £775 per month + approx. £215 bills (council tax, energy, water and broadband)

📅 Available: early December, subject to referencing

📝 Standard tenant referencing through the letting agent
