Hello!! :) Currently living in a 3 bed flat with a couple, unfortunately they are moving out so will be getting 2 more people in, so that rent is still cheap, ready for 28th November.

Looking for a working professional, I’m currently working usually 10-6 mon-fri, then socializing on weekends and hanging out. Need someone who has a good balance of being clean and laid back, friendly and charismatic. This will be shared with my friend who’s starting a new job 9-5 so respect is crucial :) partial to a few beers but busy schedules in the week so would appreciate minimal noise in night time hours

The room comes unfurnished, though easy to find a bed local on spare room or mattress (that’s what I’m doing with a soft launch). I’m going to buy communal kitchen stuff so can share ofc, I don’t mind sharing as long as we’re all livin tidy together :)
