We are looking to let out the second bedroom in our flat. It's a bright, modern flat with an amazing view of the water. Great location with easy access to transport, restaurants, and shops. The home tends to be a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath, with a living room, kitchen, and entrance way. This ad is to let one of the double rooms.

Ideally, looking for someone chill and tidy. Happy to share interests like climbing or board games, etc. Generally an honest, and approachable individual who is considerate of others.

We're quiet, clean, and considerate roommates, if that’s your thing we’ll likely get on. We don’t smoke, rarely drink, but do love to get outside.

We tend to go out for walks quite a bit, climbing, games etc.

We both work from home so the best fit would be someone working from office or a student, but open to discussing specific working setups.
