Hii, We are currently looking for someone to take over our friends room , as he’ll be leaving us. The room is on the small side but definitely cozy. It has a double bed, desk and wardrobe. Preferably we need this sorted asap because we need to renew our housing contract for next year

Rent is around £718 per month (excluding bills). Not fully sure on the deposit. But the tenancy will clarify everything. The house is a 25 walk from uwe, within walking distance of abbey wood retail park.
We are clean but kinda messy people (being realistic) Enjoy pub but also movie nights with wine and playing the Wii.
