Hello!

I'm Jen, a composer and singing teacher. I have a room available for a few months. The house is on the way to the airport, so has buses into the centre/Temple Meads 24/7. You can drive to the centre (or the airport) in under 15 minutes. Lovely countryside walks all around. Wonderful garden with wood fired hot tub.

The room has:
- A single bed that can be extended into a super king
- The bed has big drawers underneath it
- Hanging space, shelves, and a small chest of drawers
- Lovely big mirror above an empty fireplace
- A small, shared toilet right next to the room, in which you can keep your toiletries should you wish.

The house has:
- A shared living room with wood burner and projector
- A shared open plan kitchen with double doors on to the garden
- A shared bijou bathroom with shower and deep bath
- Loads of plants
- A garden room which could be available for working.

This is somewhere you could stay for a few months either whilst looking for somewhere long-term or whilst you are in Bristol for a short while.

It would suit someone who doesn't mind hearing live music from time to time! I often play instruments and have students coming to learn to sing here.

Because I teach from here (including offering therapeutic voice sessions), it's probably better if you don't work from home in general, unless you want to also come to an arrangement to pay a bit more and work in the garden room.

It's pretty rubbish for cycling! There is on street parking, though.

- I have beloved friends who often come to visit or stay, as well as a long distance partner who sometimes comes to stay (we are in a band together)
