🌳 Large, peaceful garden and patio - perfect for morning coffee, summer BBQs, or just switching off after a long day.
🚆 Just a 10-minute walk to Temple Meads Station.
🐱 Shared with Merlin, a very friendly Maine Coon who takes his nap schedule seriously.

The house is kept clean and looked after, but it’s very much a lived-in home, no one’s policing biscuit crumbs!

🎮 Jack (32) game developer, gym enjoyer, BBQ enthusiast, and mostly competent adult.
😄 Sociable and up for a laugh, but also values downtime and a relaxed, respectful atmosphere.
🛋️ Slot 1 (The Executive Suite): A premium double room available April 1st (not a prank, I promise). It’s got a sit/stand desk, which is great for pretending you’re an athlete while you work.
🪴 Slot 2(The Zen Den): Another great double room looking for a human inhabitant. Preferably one who enjoys a shared meal and understands that microwaving fish in a communal kitchen is a breach of the Geneva Convention.

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s easy to get along with, happy to treat the place like a home, and enjoys a mix of social time and their own space.
