It has links to city centre via a short walk to the nearest bus and the flat has a designated parking space (shared between 2 people)

Professional only flat, my other flat mate works for the Emergency services so flat will be yours for a lot of the time! She is open to let students rent if applicable !!

Bills and rent are included in the price!

Room can be available with a bed (but won’t come isn’t a mattress) and a desk as well if needs be - but again open to negotiation for whoever likes the room 😊 flat is available from 18th April !
