I am offering a well-presented double bedroom in a beautiful fully-furnished two bedroom apartment.

I'm looking for one person to move in from 1st March 2026 for a long-term stay of at least 12 months.

THE LOCATION:

The flat has a very central location with excellent transport links. It's a 2 minute walk from Stokes Croft, a 5 minute walk from Cabot Circus (the main shopping area in Bristol City Centre), and a 20 minute walk from the University of Bristol. There is a bus route to UWE so it is also easy to commute there. It is about 20 - 25 minutes walk to/from Temple Meads Railway Station, 10 minutes walk to/from Bristol Coach Station, and 5 minutes walk to/from the Megabus stop.

THE FLAT:

The flat has one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen and living room are open plan with a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a gas hob and an electric fan-assisted oven. The sound and thermal insulation are excellent - meaning that it is quiet, peaceful, warm and cosy.

PARKING/BICYCLE STORAGE:

There is street parking and the building has secure bicycle storage.

BILLS:

The rent includes WiFi but excludes utility bills, which in total usually cost between £50 - £75 per month, depending on the time of year. The Council Tax is currently about £144 (Band A). Both the utility bills and Council Tax will be split 50:50 between you and your flatmate.
