Small single room in 3 bed house near st George’s park. Friendly live in homeowner-professional-teacher. My 11 year old daughter lives with me 50% of the time and we have a pet cat and a pet french bulldog cross. I have hosted students and professionals for over 5 years. The room is small, it is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and desk, it is adequate if you travel/move light. There is the advantage of two bathrooms in the house, there is a small garden and dining room + lounge. Free street parking and buses 5 mins away. Shops on church road 5 mins away. St George’s park 5mins. The rent is all in including all bills-which factors in c tax, water, gas and electric and internet- can put a months deposit in landlord deposit scheme. Will accept short term let’s of 3 months +. Subject to ref checks etc.

Will look to do viewings (+ have a good chat and get paperwork set up) room is potentially available mid-April-freshly re-painted-and can arrange viewing weekends and some evenings from April 15th. Employers reference proof of income etc required-Look forward to hearing from you.
