We are a friendly socialable house looking for a new member.

We have one double room available. Bills arent included in the rent but with bills the room is £745 per month.

We spend time downstairs together and do the occasional pub trip but we also value and respect each other’s space.

The house is in a great location on Spike Island near the Wapping Wharf. Walking distance from the city centre.

It is a shared house of four people. The housemates are George 25 Alex 26 and Max 27.

It’s a great location for a great price! Looking for a new housemate to fit in with our social house.

There are two bathrooms in the property.
