Hi, this is a large double room available in a spacious house in an excellent location - very close to Glos Rd. You would be sharing with me and it would suit an independent, reasonably quiet person with a sense of humour, who can clean up after themselves. I’m not looking for the type of ‘house share’ where we cook meals together and share a social life, though I’m friendly and open to having a chat. My three children who live away visit and stay, but very rarely at the same time. You could potentially use the spare room for guests from time to time.

Monday-Friday lets also considered.
