Single room with double bed and built in cupboard to let in Shirehampton / Lawrence Weston with teacher, one other lodger, and a cat.

The room will be repainted this Friday as it needs freshening.

Large garden with a patio area with a table and chairs to catch a few rays. The garden itself needs a little TLC, which I hope to get round to over the summer break.

Shared bathroom and kitchen. No designated parking spaces, but I have never not been able to park withing 10 to 20 metres of the house, and the house is just a 3 minute hop in the car Junction 18 of the M5.

There may be the possibility of switching to the more spacious double room for £700 a month from the 18th of August, when my other lodger will be leaving for London, but it is fine also to stay in the single one. I may or may not replace the second lodger when he leaves, so there is the possibility of bringing in a friend to rent the other room.
