I have a double bedroom in St Werburghs available for rent for the next one or two months. The room is decently sized and ready to move into. You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and garden. There is internet in the bedroom, and a desk for computers. There is plenty of storage space for clothing.

There are two other people living on the property: one is a full-time English teacher, and the other is retired. Both have their own rooms and are friendly, accustomed to living with others.

St Werburghs is quite central, with "Mina Road" full of little corner shops and restaurants. We are only a stone's throw away from the train station and big bus networks. On-street parking is available too.

We’re not a party house, so if you’re looking to unwind from a long day at work, this could be the place for you. Some evenings, we cook big meals, and you are welcome to explore new food with us! I also ask that you do not bring alcohol home.

I’m listing this for £700 per month, with all bills included. Here’s how it works: come for a visit. If you like the room and think you want to stay for a month or two, pay me in cash upfront. I’ll then give you Monday-Friday (or an equivalent amount of days in the house). If it’s not for you, I’ll fully refund you. Anytime after that, no refunds will be given.
