I have my own living room at the top of the house.

I enjoy quiet evenings during the week and time with my family and friends at the weekend.

I work as a Cafe manager 4 days per week.

Im looking for someone who is in full time employment, socially self sufficient, clean and tidy with a sense of humour. and some shared values.

Not suitable for regular working from home.

Happy for you to have a couple of friends round but no overnight guests.

Location wise, I'm just 3 minutes walk to Montpelier Train Station which connects to Temple Meads in under 10 minutes.

Gloucester Road and Stokes Croft are 5 mins away and have all the shops, bars and foodie outlets you could possibly need.

On-street parking is available right outside, although I am in a Residential parking zone and a permit is required between 9-5pm. There is free parking around 3 minutes away.
