Light and airy furnished single room available in spacious, vibrant mid-century modern themed house with living room, dining room and garden available to use.

A little info about me... I am seeking an easy going, considerate, pet loving housemate to join me and Nannou the cat. By day I work in animation in the city centre and enjoy relaxing of an evening by cooking, listening to music and getting cosy with a film or documentary. I am also studying to retrain as a surveyor in my spare time, so lots of early morning coffee is my current routine. It's typically a fairly chilled house with occasional friends over for a beer or summer BBQ.

BS15 is a surprisingly peaceful part of town with a wide range of useful shops and local amenities close by [post office, bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, etc]. Acres of green space right on the door step and great transport links with regular bus routes into city centre via St George / Church Rd [06, 07, 42, 43, etc], plus the Bristol - Bath cycle path close by [approx 20 min cycle into City Centre]

- Happy to arrange video tour if necessary.

- Occasional guests welcome to stay on weekends.

- Plenty of kitchen storage and large fridge available with 50/50 split

- Parking is on-street and usually fairly reliable for finding a space.
