Hello!!

We are Lolly, Jessie, Eamon and Rosa (in age order) humans and dogs with a small double bedroom for short term let over the summer.

Eamon is starting a new job at Hinckley point and will work long shifts, 4 days on 4 days off, with a mix of days and nights. I work as a community nurse 10 hour days 3-4 each week (no night shifts)

Lolly is 5 and a very friendly, sweet and loving cockapoo, who just wants to eat food and be cuddled on the sofa. Rosa is a 6 month old cockapoo puppy, with lots of energy and still learning how to navigate the world. We need a third housemate who loves dogs and will be kind and caring towards them.

The room is a small double, with a medium firm memory foam mattress, a triple wardrobe and bedside table. As this is just a short term let, the room will stay as it is with the furniture in it. My friend is wanting to move back to Bristol at the end of the summer, so for now, this is a 6 month let.

A bit about us: We both like home to feel relaxing and relatively peaceful. (I love a party and to socialise, but I definitely don't want a party house.) We need downtime to recharge.

We're looking for someone who we can share home with, who feels at home here, is respectful of the space, locks it up when they go out, turns lights off, and doesn't make loads of noise between 10 and 7. It would be a bonus if a housemate becomes a friend. We'd love to share a meal every so often. We both eat meat, which might be a consideration.

The location is a 12 minute drive from Clifton and 5 minutes from Shirehampton, with easy access to the M5. King's Weston House is a short walk away and Blaise castle estate 30 minutes away. There is lots of street parking in the neighbourhood.

There'll be a contract, with regular check ins to make sure we're all happy with the set up and I will place the deposit in a Government approved tenancy deposit protection scheme.
