We’re looking for a happy, friendly, and clean lodger to share our home.

Happy to have a student or working professional, however, no social/unemployed.

If you work from home, the rent will be adjusted to cover increased bills.

The bed can be pulled out to make it a large double bed, if preferred, however the room is not suitable for couples.

I can provide duvet, pillows, sheets and blankets if you need these.

The bathroom has a loo, sink, shower and bath.

The room is housed in a 4-bed house with a lounge, kitchen and lounge/dining room, a driveway and a large garden.

£620 per month, and has all bills included, plus deposit.

We have a friendly Labrador puppy that also lives here.
