A peaceful spare room is available in a quiet flat in central BS2.

The room comes with a brand-new bed, mattress, and bedding, and has its own private bathroom with a full bath, located right next to the room. Desk, chair, and lamp also provided.

You've also got a brand new security safe in your room.

I decided not to repaint the walls after I recently moved in as I found out that most paints are plastic based. So, you’re very welcome to decorate and personalise the space — posters, art, etc. are fine using white tack (minimal marking is absolutely okay - I will add this as a clause to the contract).

I’ve recently gotten more into cooking, so there’s an awesome blender, food processor, and water purifier that can be used.

I work from home usually. The living room is a really lovely quiet space to work from, but you also have your desk in your room too. In addition, you can also use half of the white cupboards in the living room too (pls see photo) and ofc also half of the kitchen space as well.

The home is quiet and low-key, with no parties - please only apply if you're genuinely quiet. It would suit someone who values a peaceful, grounded living environment.

The flat will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

The central location is well connected, with local shops, cafés, green spaces, and public transport around the corner. The building itself is situated in a very quiet and lovely square with trees and grass.

Please note: there's no alcohol permitted in the flat.
