Hi,

We have a bright large double room to rent in a 4 bed house in Eastville. Rent includes bills which comes to between £700-£725. We have a dog who is very friendly and loves people. We are a very relaxed and friendly household too. We share all social spaces in the sitting room/kitchen/dining room and garden. All of us are busy workers but try to have coffee/food and drinks together when we can. We are open to short and long term lets. We have a garden and loads of great walks around the area in Eastville park and surrounding areas. Living in the house there is me, my partner and one other girl and the dog. I work away during the week so I am only really around on the weekends. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
